Newbie needing advice.
hello all I’m new to the site hope your all good?
Just need a bit of advice really any is greatly appreciated:)
I have been off pole for the past two years and haven’t really done any exercise I went back to a lesson 3days ago and god I have missed my pole kisses lol (well some off them anyway) I know in time they will go.
Basically my muscles are killing me, I knew this would happen with me not participating in any form off exercise but is there anything I can do to help the muscles heal quicker? As I want to get back on my pole and practice my new moves, just need to get rid of these achy muscles first.
I have tried an Epsom salt bath, massaging a little its now day 3 and still no sign of comfort.Any other advice is greatly appreciated and needed to help me soothe these aches.
