No motivation for stretching?
Anybody else feel like this?
I know that when I take the time to stretch I get pretty awesome results. I got my split and my back flexibility makes some tricks look amazing.
But….
I haven’t done my stretches for almost two weeks. I noticed a huge difference in my bridge- my back didn’t look like it bent at all!
I know I’ll get my flexibility back if I train it again but ugh- it’s soo boring!
And it’s hard work- I don’t find it relaxing, I find it work!Anybody else have this problem?
