Non Strength Days?
What on earth is going on with me? Twice in the last week I had to delay my strength training day to the next day, instead. During the day I was 'missing' my workout I felt AWFUL. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_surprised.gif This has happened twice so I'm not accepting it's a coincidence.

Anyone else have this problem? I think I heard someone say something related to this at one time.
