ooh how fun! although i can’t do the splits…does that mean i’m disqualified? Lol. But I’ve been stretching every day and I’m getting closer! Oh and P.S. Can there be more than just the required moves in the 90 seconds (IF there is time left over) or is it restricted to what is being asked for, i.e. 2 spins, 20 secs floor work, etc.

I’m still saying a pose is from the floor…and a hold is up on the pole to me. I was also assuming an inner thigh hold would mean without our hands (thighs only) but in the example she is doing moves that involve hands, so which ever way, I’m gonna go for no hands and pose from the floor. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif Don’t stress to much about it, this is just a good place to give you all a starting point, don’t worry if the moves you choose are not the "proper" moves. Just do your best. I still have to decide on which moves I wanna do!!

I hope I can find the time to do this one! My shoulder is all buggered (seeing the doctor tomorrow) and I’ve got super homework stuff! But I’m gonna try!
