POLD HOLD!!! EEEEEEEEEEEEEEEe!!!! I'm so excited I'm practically peeing myself!!

I watched Veena's video…. Paused it while she was in the position…. Went to my pole.. and I DID IT… Like. . 8 seconds, and only let go due to extreme excitement.

I can't beeeliieeeve it. YAY!

I'm gonna MAKE it.. OMG.

It certainly IS all about the DETAILS that Veena gives. (I'm sorry. I'm just toally elated. Wheeeeee.)

I just posted to you about your hold. It helps to watch proper technique. It is what I did, and I just got the hold yesterday!
