Ok so haven’t figured out the best way to get this stable for back stuff but in sure there’s a way.
Lacrosse ball tied to the pole using a resistance band. Omg. You can pin muscles and just go through actual full range of motion and break any muscle tightness up. No wall or floor in the way!!
Had to share this with y’all cuz it’s …amazing…is this a thing? Cuz of not…it should be…ommmmggg my pec minor and serratus anterior are sooooo happy…. I’m sooooo happy…ahhhh can’t wait to try all new types of things with it. It’s like having a floating foam roller or something…
