Love it!

I actually think it's a good idea for everyone to try one arm pole dancing. It's a way to keep in practice, yet still rest an arm or wrist injury. In fact, I've been trying to go easier on my left wrist this week because it felt a little sore.

Yes, she was amazing! I was at the IPC competition, and the audience loved her. So great to see that pole really is for everyone!!! I think the competition’s organizers will post all the videos later, as they have in the past. In the mean time, I found this video of clips from her performance:

i had the honor to meet her at IPC as I was one of the backstage crew, she is amazing and strong! truly an inspiration! here is her entry video for IPC
