  Ontario Pole Fitness Competition

  who's going???

  I'm going to cheer on my friends/instructors. I've never been to a live competition before, so excited!!

  I wish all the competitors the best of luck and I hope they all have a great time! I'm sure Olivia you will do great! 😉

  i finally couldnt go but i hope to see some videos !! my boyfriend was in town and he didnt want to go there 🙁

  I'm embarrased to put my video up. 😛 It was probably my worst performance ever. lol! Had major sliding issues and couldn't grip the pole. Had very poor form, bad unpointed toes, missed important tricks. Oh well. lol.

  ahhh dont be so hard on yourself!! im sure it wasnt as bad as you think , If you put your video up, ill put mine of the worst performance i made lol
