Overstretching?
Total Woman of Fargo posted this to FB and I thought I would share. We absolutely see this trend in Pole Dance! Not only regarding flexibility but also dancers pushing themselves to learn strength based pole work that is potentially harmful, just because it’s posted to social media, or because a pole star will teach it.
Please listen to your body! Take time to enjoy what your amazing body can do and care for it! If something hurts…STOP! Not reaching foot to head or doing twisted grip lifts doesn’t make you LESS of a Pole Dancer!
