    My choice of workout before pole was P90X. Thank goodness, because I started poling with really good upper body strength.  Thinking of laying off the pole this week and getting back to P90X.  But that pole, it beckons me 🙂

    Yes, the pole has tendency to be loud with a calling LOL  My chromella, not so much, but my new 45mm TGelda sure calls out my name.  I hear P90X is tough, good job that you do it.

    It is an awesome way to build strength, especially if you work out at home. I'm so glad I did it!  There is no way I would have the stength to pole without it.  I've just kicked it to the side in favor of my PS pole.  I always think about taking a break and letting my bruises clear up, but then I walk by the pole and forget all about pull up bars – LOL!
