I have had a Brazilian blowout done on my hair and I LOVED it! My hair was very damaged due to my love of bleaching and coloring, and it now feels super strong and healthy. I get compliments all the time now on how soft and shiny my hair is! My hair was pretty straight with some waviness to it, and while it is a little straighter it’s not perfectly flat ironed looking. Definitely got rid of my frizz though, the strands stay sleek!

Would reccomend this if you have damaged hair, not necessarily if you have curly hair and want it to be stick straight. It will only relax the curls, not
    Kill them. 🙂

Thanks for the reply!  I'm glad to hear that it effectively got rid of the frizz and made your hair healthier.  Those are the two main things that I wanted it to do.  Now I just need to figure out which product to buy since I am going to do it myself at home rather than pay a salon.

I also had a brazillian treatment on my hair. So you know I had it about a year and a half ago. I have african american hair and at the time it was chemically relaxed. So, my hair was straight but it still would completely frizz out as soon as it got humid and it took about an hour to completely blow dry and flat iron it.( Even relaxed I know ugh) Anyway, I went ahead and had the keratin treatment over my relaxer. Pros: The humidity could not TOUCH my hair. I went outside and watched all my friend's hair grow all big but mine stayed sleek. Shine, My hair shined like nobody's business. Drying time: I cut down my blowdrying time to no more than 10 min and flat ironed only the top layer of my hair.

CON: it's so expensive. It cost me $250  BURNED: the stylist burned my ends so bad that They were fried. My hair is brown but the fried ends were like orange almost. I had to have quite a bit chopped off after seeing how many split ends I had

I didn't return for another treatment because I decided to grow out my afro over the next year. But It was well worth it. I loved most things about the treatment.
