Yeah, I got shoulder mount a few weeks ago about 3 times, now I can’t do it again and am no where near when trying. Annoying!

I lost my gemini to scorpio for over 6 months when it was really strong. Finally got it back but still feel weird. Other moves you lose for a few weeks and get it back suddenly, don't worry about that it happen to eveybody. You may be tired or a little more weak than you were when you got ithttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_wink.gif

I agree Tigg, the day I got my SM I hadnt been at work all day first so I was full of energy, everytime I have tried it since I havent been warm enough or have done a full day of work first…well thats my excuse and I am sticking to it haha!

Same w my SM. Nailed it for the first time about three months ago…..did it 4-5 times that day. Since then, twice! Damn it all!

The same with my caterpillar climb….Lord KNOWS I've been pushing to get this move since february and FINALLY got during one of our open pole classes. Then a few days later POOF, I was struggling with it againhttps://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_rambo.gif

I've been nailing and losing my tg lift for about a year now, perhaps longer. It does happen. I also lost my superman for a minute a couple of years ago – which was weird because it's my strongest move, lol!

I have lost advanced plank, very weird I stopped putting it into my routines for awhile now I just don’t seem to be able to do it.

Our moves go to the same place that our dryer socks do…https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_flower.gif

I lose my knee hold all the time… and my shouldermount. So frustrating because I'm so proud of those moves!

I find that losing a move (for me at least!) normally means I've been pushing myself, and a few days to a week off of the pole (I know, that's a long time!) kickstarts my muscles for when I start practicing again.

Cross knee release was the first pole "trick" that I learned. But supposed Pike is supposed to come first? I always get this horrible bruise behind my leg in pike. But one day I was at work and I did pike twice in a row with no issue. Advanced plank, fine. |: Then it goes away for weeks at a time.

this has happend to me on a few occasions , however I think its from learning too much too fast. I learn something, perfect it ,and move on etc etc..then when I go back and try old moves again im like…umm what the hell am I doing lol

I have had the 'Phantom Move Stealer' strike if I slack on my strength training.
