Loving physical therapy. Many of the shoulder conditioning exercises on Veena are like what I’m doing in physical therapy, but much less intense resistance or degrees. I’m happy though. My PT is so supportive and he wants to get me back to doing pole. He cleared me to do lower body exercises or ab exercises where I’m not using my shoulders, etc. I feel much better just knowing I’m being active. I might take a look at the 30 day to flexy, if it’s lower body focused I can do what I can of it while I do PT. feeling much more positive. Thanks everyone on here for your support!

I’m glad you like your PT. It’s beyond important to trust the people who offer us help! Best to you on your journey to healing. I myself am still healing from a shoulder injury and have been correcting my posture for the last year. It’s all hard work but so worth it. Physical therapy showed me I need to get up and wake that body up with movement! Just wanted to throw out there.. are you a yoga fan ? Yoga saved my life this last year .. I’ve had to take half the year off of pole . With out yoga I do believe I would have become insanely depressed. It’s a great energy release and build just like pole:) just an idea. Maybe you already love yoga :):) took me a while to surrender to the calmness of it all haha! Anyways I just wanted to say take care of you, you are a beautiful dancer and sometimes set backs are actually gifts. Best to you💙

That’s great news! Give yourself time and stay with the low resistance as long as they suggest for you. Thank you for the update!
