  • Pleaser Adore 708 in matte black? Or something similar?

I really love the Pleaser Adores, the 708 with the clear tops, I have a pair in black and a pair in the neon purple! The neon purple ones have a smooth matte finish, which I love! I would really like to find some black ones in a matte finish, as opposed to the gloss black, which seems to be the only kind they have available. I was wondering if anyone knows of a paint that would work to put over a pair of black ones to make them have a matte finish, or if someone knows of another brand of pole dance shoes that are very similar that I could buy!

Hmmm…you could try the matte nail polish? I used to nail polish my pleasers when they got too scuffed up. It worked well for a couple of weeks. Or uh…I know modge-podge has a matte finish. If you just painted a coat over your shoes, that might also work.

Would spray painting them work? If you we’re able to mask off the rest of the shoe & spray lightly to get even coverage. Not sure if you can get it where you are, but there’s a craft brand of spray paint called plasticote which works on most surfaces.

Iloveable yes those look really nice, but i have found with some other pleasers I’ve bought that in the pics they look matte but when you get them they are glossy, so it would be a gamble, but thank you! And Silver Sylph i was thinking that too, I was just worried the paint would chip off too easily, but i’ll look for the plasticote online and see if i can get some to try out 🙂 i think painting is possibly my only option if i want this particular style in matte! Thank you all for your input 🙂
