  • Pleasers thigh high boots question…

    Hi all!
I apologize in advance if this question has been asked before. I scrolled through the discussions to see if someone else has already asked my question but I haven’t found a discussion that asks what I’m wondering…

I recently bought a pair of Pleasers thigh high boots, specifically the delight 3023. I have thick thighs so I was a bit nervous of them not fitting. However I got them in the mail today and they fit!… Except for one problem… I can’t really bend my legs in them because the material is tight – I’m afraid they’ll tear if I forced it.

So my question to you lovely polers who have had a similar situation is: do they stretch over time with use? Like, do I just need to break them in and I’ll be able to move around in the more freely? Because its still early enough where I can return if need be, but I kind of don’t want to because I love them 🙁

Any advice will be helpful. Thanks a lot in advance!

I have pleaser thigh high boots , it’s kind of hard to bend my legs in them but for me I feel it’s just because the material is thick but I got used to it and it blended easier as I wore them. However I didn’t feel like mine were tight the way you described yours. Can you lace them up looser maybe?

I’m going to try to place around with lacing them, hopefully I’ll find a sweet spot where I can actually vend my legs! But I may have to buy longer laces because my thighs are kinda thick…
Thank you for your input! I’m going to wear them around to get them a bit loosened… Hopefully that will work!

Gr, so I tried them, got a lacing technique down so I don’t constrict my legs, but now the issue is that my thighs chafe so the inside zipper chafes! I’m going to break down the material so quickly with these boots…. I guess thigh high boots and me aren’t meant to be :'(

If you have a discreet and talented shoemaker anywhere nearby they may be able to install a small elastic panel for a bit of relief, but it sounds like you have that covered with the lacing. I’ve seen gals (and, um, boot blacks from the fetish community) fashion covers for zippers out of felt and hot glue that work wonders. Outside of that, enjoy them as much as you can but make a mental note to try something with a back zipper or sans zipper. It’s always something isn’t it? I have tiny feet and ankles but insanely high arches– boots are a pain for me too because by the time they go over my instep my feet are swimming inside. Good luck! 🙂

It strange mine came with such a long long laces that I can wrap around my waste???
I think you should ask the company to provide you with a longer laces.
If they are stiff to bend it could be a problem with inside/outside leg hang, cupid, python, where the grip is not only by the fabric. You need your legs to bend maximum at the knee for a proper form.

I had a pair of leather thigh highs from Pleaser that were great. After lots of wear, I could bend my knee in them – but never completely bend. I found that there were some moves I just didn’t do in my boots. But they were awesome for floor work and climbing. Like you, I have really thick thighs. I wore that pair so much they eventually shredded apart. I think I may have shed a tear. 😉

I bought a pair of patent leather ones from Pleaser after that. They are much more stiff and I can’t get a full bend of my knee in them. They also stick to the pole so much that I can’t slide down. Again, they are hot & sexy and I can do a lot in them, just not everything.

I think the more you use them, they will loosen up a bit.

I have thigh high boots that I bought waaaaay long time ago (Zip ups not lace ups) and I have big thighs too, so what I do is I take my hair dryer and I put it on medium heat and I heat the material a little before I put them on right at the area where my thighs are , then I put them on and start to zip them up. If I need it a little warmer I just turn on the blow dryer and continue to heat, so it loosens the material a little and i squat and bend while I do it. I would put the hair dryer any where where it’s tight. Just don’t use high heat I did that once and it really scorched my skin. Not injury scorch, but Man did I feel the heat. Maybe try not to lace them so tight or so high, maybe try to gradually get further up the leg, so the material has time to stretch and mold to your legs.

    Hi all!
Thanks for all of your inputs! I unfortunately have already started the return process for the boots… Main issue was the inside zipper. The zippers sit literally right where my thighs chafe, and if i try walking in them, the zippers would chafe as well. Not a comfortable feeling and definitely not a pretty sight/sound (thunder thighs problems 🙁 )! So I’m going for knee high boots instead. Hopefully those will work for me.

    Thank you again!
