Pole Bruise Map
I found this interesting little map of bruise areas and thought it would be nifty to share, informative aswell. I edited it some, though because the words were sorta bad quality and a little smaller. Thought the pink lettering would look prettier too.

Haha, that’s hilarious! I have a mystery bruise today, as a matter of fact. I tell most folks I have learned to read them like tea leaves because they show me how not to do a move the next time, lol.

I’ve seen pictures of bruised up girls from poling, including a big knot on a forehead before.
