They have arnica gel at GNC in UES for $2 rather than the branded arnica gel for $7-10. Works the same for me.
Oddly I found the reversital microdermastick worked better and faster than arnica. It’s not even meant for bruises. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_lol.gif
You’ll learn control after a while and the bruises will lessen. Though there are bruises you can’t avoid like the inner thigh one after the allegra.

empress, you should look for arnica based creams/gels or for traumeel. i know both are readily available online but i’m not sure what hte shipping options are for jamaica! both are great for bruising– they are both homeopathic remedies but if you apply them right when you feel a bruise forming, the bruise will be less severe and fade faster.

Yeah, hopefully I can get a couple shipped down. If not, I would have to use MailPac…for a price, you get to use their US address so the people would send it to there (in Miami I think). From there, MailPac will send it down to Jamaica where you can pick it up at one of their offices. But I think the former will be cheaper so I will check it out.
