  BeSpun Leigh Ann's Beginner pole dance workout.  $20.00 and $5.00 to ship

  ATL Booty Clap workout.  $15.00 and $5.00 to ship

  Pole exercise pole dancing evolved (beginner, intermediate, advanced) $15.00 plus $5.00 to ship.  This DVD will only play on a computer in the US.

  Pure Barre Pershing Square: 1.  $10.00 and $5.00 to ship

  Is the art of pole 1,2,3, good dance movies? did it teach you alot? Were you able to get a good workout with them or was it just for dancing?
