Pole Dance Motivation
I started pole dance two years ago. I was so excited and would practice whenever I had time. I saw myself progressing and was happy with my growth. Somewhere along the line I grew less and less interested and even stopped watching videos. My pole hasn't been used much and once Winter came along it was worse. I forced myself to get to class the other day and felt like I've lost my strength maybe forgot some moves. I did'nt completely stop working out but there has been a shift with my pole dancing practice. What happen? Has anyone ever experience this? I wanna hear your thoughts, experiences and ideas.
