  Pole Exercise was featured on Chuck episode this week. It was a silly segment where Chuck goes to a pole-kick class to learn new CIA moves. It was cute.

  I’m a huge Chuck fan and I loved that scene! And how he did end up using a pole move to knock out a bad guy!
