i have a nuva ring so pole farts happen to me frequently, especially when I do straddle leg moves. I'll be going for the move and then I will feel the air and be like omg dont make noise and end up coming out of a move awkwardly to avoid them. Im probably switching birth control soon so lets hope the amount of pole farts goes down.

Hahahaha this thread is hilarious! I never thought about the fact you could end up queefing from a pole move, but it makes perfect sense! Even more reason to work on the kegel exercises! If you want to work on activating those muscles, stop the flow of urine when you’re on the toilet. If you can do that, you know you’ve got the right muscles.
Here’s my kegal routine since it seems a lot of us need to work on them. I do all these once per day:
Contract and release as quickly as you can in five pulses. Relax a few seconds then do it again times five. These were hard for me when I first started, I had to start slow and work up speed.
Contract and hold for 30 seconds. Rest a few seconds in between. Do this times three.
Squeeze and release to the beat of a song.
If you stick to a kegal routine, not only will you reduce the queefing and stop any problems you may have with leaking when you laugh or cough, but you will have stronger and more powerful orgasms. And who doesn’t want that?

Fanny farts are so funny ! I love them and do them all the time, in fact i am so good at voluntary ff’s that its like a party trick. – my fav is to do a head stand against the pole , straddle my legs and via control bring the air in and pop it out again, it can get really noisy when i do it right ! I call my boyfriend into the room to watch/listen and I fall over eventually cause we r laughing so much , all in good fun………:)
