  Pole Hiatus

  Here's to hoping pole is like riding a bicycle. I have been off the pole for almost six months, and I don't see myself able to get another pole until I return from Alaska in freaking SEPTEMBER. That will be almost a full year away from pole. 

   

  I'm going nuts! Anyone have any suggestions for stuff to work on that will keep me nice and pole ready for the glorious day I'm able to reunite with my pole?!

  Try learning some yoga, dance, or gymnastics to add to your pole reportoire?
