Hi Ladies, Not sure if you are interested but I own a pole studio in central florida. I would love to do some thing like that here if you are interested in holding two pole jams, just let me know.

Does anyone know if they are 100% sure they are planning on going? I’d like to start getting a head count to see how many are coming. Also I talked to Don Curry about taking professional pole pictures, don’t know if anyone is interested… But depending on how many girls are interested we may be able to get some sort of group rate! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif I’m looking so forward to meeting you ladies!!!!

Are Fridays or Saturdays better for you guys?? I’ll be in Florida July 21-25. I was thinking the 23rd or 24th.

Does anyone have a preference of which studio to go to or would anyone want to go to both studios?? We may need to do the jam on Friday b/c I may have to go home Saturday.. Not sure yet. I’m assuming evening is best for everyone? I still need to find out cost, times, etc, and if no one else wants to take professional pictures then I may just have to find some other time while I’m down there to get with Don. It looks like whatever you decide is fine Rena. I think you should give us a date(s), time, cost(of one or 2 jams) and place(s) and have everybody tell you yay or nay before you let the studio owners know.

Update from The Art of the Catwalk:
1) Price with or without an instructor present for a 6 hr pole jam open to all that wish to attend including refreshments and an official AOTC Pole Jam 2010 Tank $35
2) We have 12 Permanent Platinum Stages Stainless Steel poles 11ft 7 of them spin plus I have a Star Stand Alone that is also Stainless with a 2 foot extension (10 foot pole spinning or static)
3) Kat’s studio is very close to my studio and my house so possibly we could make a weekend event out of it I am an event planner and we are both friends and she worked for me for a long time so that’s not a problem
4) Kat’s studio has 18ft Chrome XPOLES, they are building a structure to attach them to but it’s still in the early stages of production and as everything in construction they are taking their sweet time ( I feel bad because I remember the stress they put me thru building my two studios )
5) Times Available at the Studio Friday 7/23/2010 7- Whenever we want to stop Poling
6) Times Available at the Studio Saturday 7/24/2010 Wide open (for special events we normally would cancel all pole classes to accommodate a large group
7) Photo shoots- We normally do shoots here in my studio with Don. I have my own staff of makeup artists and hair people. Don’s awesome and so sweet. I actually introduced him to pole dance in January before that he was just a regular photographer… Now he’s obsessed like a junkie(lol I am kind of his Pole PimP ) Did you want to do a 1 on 1 with him or have him do pictures during the workshop? Either can be arranged very easily…

I have connections at the Hotel Duval and they have an amazing view of the city and it’s the nicest hotel in the area except for the A Loft which is also nice but I love the Duval!!!

Let me know what you girls are thinking so I can start planning with the studio owner(s).
