I have a x-pole (x-pert) and it keeps slipping on the hardwood floors. I have tightened my pole as much as I can. Isn’t there an anti-slip disk or something I can put under my pole so it won’t slip?

    Thank you!

There should be a ring of rubber around the base plate of the pole, as well as the dome (top) of the pole. I have my pole on hardwood as well, and the rubber has kept it nicely in place. Is it present on your pole?

    Hi There,
The rubber is present for both. Do you think the slickness of my floors has something to do with it? We just refinished them.
