oh, derp. I guess I should start at the beginning of veena’s lessons on my left side so I don’t miss any of the lessons (like that) and can actually do moves on my left side :p

How about the Remi or the Lotus?? Superman Drop or Pretzyl Spin?
-
The Pretzel spin is already listed…..I call it the Ballerina spin. https://www.studioveena.com/lessons/view/4fc631e5-4354-4c33-8b45-7bf40ac37250

Yeah, a few drop lessons would be great! Superman drop, sad girl drop, jade drop… =D
-
It would be great to see some advanced lessons that teach you how to train up for things, rather than simply how to get into them. A progression of exercises for working toward these moves would be invaluable. For example, deadlifts, back planches (pencil/iguana extension), shouldermount planches, etc.

In February I will have the net… I can’t wait to get the lessons 🙂
-
I have not taken the time yet to read all of the posts so I may be asking something that is already here! Will u be keeping your beginner moves? I was just starting the learn the "slink up" lol.

I don’t remove anything to make “room” for new lessons. I do update lessons but I’ve not taken away.

i’m interested in a veena lesson for the table-top pole trick 🙂
(i think thats what its called?—the body is facing up and horizontal to the floor and supported by the arm behind the back) -
Spinning pole lessons & spinning pole combos/routines!

@studioveena I’ve watched that 1 lesson but to me it’s more of a getting started on spinny really. I’d love to see full spinny lesson series!
