    oh, derp. I guess I should start at the beginning of veena’s lessons on my left side so I don’t miss any of the lessons (like that) and can actually do moves on my left side :p

    Yeah, a few drop lessons would be great! Superman drop, sad girl drop, jade drop… =D

    It would be great to see some advanced lessons that teach you how to train up for things, rather than simply how to get into them.  A progression of exercises for working toward these moves would be invaluable.  For example, deadlifts, back planches (pencil/iguana extension), shouldermount planches, etc.

    I have not taken the time yet to read all of the posts so I may be asking something that is already here! Will u be keeping your beginner moves? I was just starting the learn the "slink up" lol.

    I don’t remove anything to make “room” for new lessons. I do update lessons but I’ve not taken away.

    i’m interested in a veena lesson for the table-top pole trick 🙂
    (i think thats what its called?—the body is facing up and horizontal to the floor and supported by the arm behind the back)

    @studioveena I’ve watched that 1 lesson but to me it’s more of a getting started on spinny really. I’d love to see full spinny lesson series!
