    Howdy Yall,

Due to an injury and a move I have not poled in over 18 months. I am finally getting back into it. Due to the move I lost my lists, papers, and broke my computer hard drive that housed all my pole moves. I never realized how much I could forget. I also used to have issues with this when I did my routines. I figure I really can't be the only one. I really can't believe how much I am forgetting. I was curious if anyone would like to contribute to me putting together a PDF checklist that I would share with Veeners and try to make open source. This would list the move and have boxes to check if you failed at the move, it needs work, or you mastered it. I may even add boxes for comments or how often you think you need to work on it. This way you can see your progress and have a list of everything you are working on and learned. Feel free to list websites, youtube videos, description, or whatever you want. You know how names can be. I will break it down into the following categories:
    Spins
    Climbs
    Grips
    Floorwork
    Combos
    Inverts
    Poses                                                                                                                           Doubles

    Combos

    Drops

    Transitions

Strength & Flexibility Building  (things that are purely for building strength that you wouldn't put on a pole).

I can continuously add to it.

If you can find it on pole dance dictionary. I probably have it. I also have a printed out list I made a while ago floating around my house, which I think is mainly made up of moves from the fore mentioned and Veena.

I recently went on youtube and typed in" PDC sylabus. " Many vidoes of each PDC level and their corresponding moves came up.

I feel like PDC and Vertical Dance's moves where in my original list, forgot all about them.

    Thanks!

Autumn – what did you think of the PDC channel? I'm curating it at the moment. I've still got to complete level 5 moves to make them properly searchable, but levels 1-4 are pretty much done.
    Any feedback would be great!

You can view the whole thing broken down by level there.. a bit easier to navigate than the youtube.
