    Hi guys!

I’ve been out for almost a year with a wrist injury. It’s doing a bit better, so I’m going to start poling again, but it will probably never be 100%. I’m trying to figure out what kind of things I can do without hurting it more. Basically, I’m looking for trick ideas that are easy on my wrist (basically nothing with a split grip, where one wrist is twisted or where there is a lot of weight on one wrist) to prove to myself that there are still plenty of things I can do!

Speaking as someone with chronic tendonitis, I know how annoying this is, but before suggesting anything, it would depend on what your injury is, what your physio/doctor etc says as well – if it is getting better, you don’t want to rush into anything and redo the damage…

There are heaps you can do without heavy use of your wrists, here’s a quick short list from the top of my head:
    – layback
    – planks (beginner, intermediate, advance)
    – inside leg hang
    – outside leg hang
    – jade
    – meathook
    – cupid
    – shoulder mount
    – brass monkey
