Pole and injuries
Hi ladies! I had stopped pole a couple years ago because I reinjured an already weak wrist. Is there any advice you can share to strengthin my wrists so this doesn't happen again. I just went to a "pole jam" (just a few of us and couple poles) for the first time in a long time and my wrist is bothering me already. I really want to get active with pole again so PLEASE, any advice!
