  Pole checklists/worksheets?

  Hi everyone!

  Newbie here 🙂

  Just wondering does anyone know of any sites where I can print off worksheets/checklists (in Word, PDF or similar) with illustrations for spins/tricks/inverts, etc? I would like to do it myself to physically be able to view my progress on paper, and may be helping out with some classes in the near future and was wondering if these would be useful for the new students as well?

  I can't seem to find anything anywhere but with a toddler running around at home (and a husband to look after… It's like having two children I swear) I don't really have the time to put something together myself! https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_confused.gif
