just keep in mind luanne, coming back from the DC area in normal traffic can take about 3 hours. thats the main reason im staying down there cause i cant handle sitting in DC traffic at night

Quick question, how are we going to be able to find each other at the convention? I’d like to meet as many SVeeners as possible, but I know this is going to be huge, and I can see it getting easy to get lost in a sea of people! So should we arrange for a separate meet and greet or xchange hotel info or something?

At USPDF everyone wore a purple ribbon on thier right wrist if im correct. I was gonna wear either one of my Team Lulu tees or a Mini Cooper tee. I figured those would be a dead giveaway of who I am.

I’ve been debating on buying a "I’m a Veener" shirt, but I’m not sure whta size to order… I don’t want it to be too big or too small, decisions, decisions! I’m game with wearing a certain color ribbon on my wrist. I’m sure it’s going to be crazy and all, but maybe we can designate a meet and greet at a certain time and location! Maybe we could meet up at the cocktail party on Friday? Or before that, I dunno. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_bounce.gif So excited!!!!!!! I need to start looking at peoples pictures on Facebook so maybe I will be able to recognize people more easily!!

I like both ideas of a ribbon on the wrist and a meet and greet. That way we can all get formally introduced to each other a little better and also recognize each other at all of the different events. Sissy, that is so nice of you to offer the ribbons, and I think meeting at your booth is a great idea… unless we want to meet at the bar https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_smile.gif

The only problem w/meeting at the bar fri night is, its only reserved for All Inclusive folks. So if you got the limited pass, you cant attend. Ive got the all inclusive (wanted to make sure I saw everything!). Im game for meeting at the HoP booth. We could meet a bit earlier than the cocktail hour so we can all go in together.

We could also just meet at the bar at another time too, doesn’t have to be a convention related event. I’m not sure how it works yet, but aren’t the bars in the hotel going to be open to everyone?

Sissy- LMFAO!!!! totally great idea to use Sissy’s booth as a base! I’ll be chillin’ there whenever i’m not at any other function! Can’t wait to see/meet everyone!!!!!!
