Hello girls, i would like to ask for any suggestion on what pole dance book guide you can recommend. It means it is somehow complete on guides and techniques, or it is really a big help when you used it. Looking forward for your replies. Thank you xoxo

There is not a single book out there that I know of that is worth anything.  No amount of words can help you and I have found that trying to read something, interpret the pictures and then perform it is extremely difficult.  Hence the reason there are so many instructional videos.

PDC Syllabus seems to be really good. It has over 300 moves and 3000 pictures to break each move into simple steps. Each move shows it's difficulty so you can stat off easy and work your way up. You can buy it only in it's own website. The 2013 edition just came out. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_santa.gif

I have the 2012 PDC book, the pictures aren’t very good EG the extended butterfly pic the poler is facing away from camera and you can’t see the extended back leg which isn’t very good. And the moves aren’t in any order either.

I like my PDC syllabus but mainly for making notes on things I need to work on for moves. The photos are ok if you aalready have a knowledge of the move but you couldn’t really follow the photos to learn something new x
