  Calipolepixie – good to hear you’ve decided to go to nursing school.. I admire your drive. I work in an Er, I was shy and a push over before I became an Er nurse. Well that’s well in the past thanks to my job lol. Cnas work their butts off as well and it’s also very hard work. I would like to try the chat on here, I lost a lot of strength from not doing it for a while cause my studio is on the skids and may close😔. So I guess what I’m saying is I need help to get back to where I was in the summer. I’m back to basics. My dream is to finally get the shoulder mount and also ballerina spin. It would be cool if the pole jam video session works out!

  i think there used to be a regular pole jam in the chatrooms here, maybe on friday nights… i would love to have a skype pole jam with all you lovely ladies !!

  I’m new to this whole thing and I’m 49? I have my own pole and try to practice every couple of days. Any advice or suggestions would be great.

  How funny. I’m also from Cardiff and just realised I know polekat. Me and polekat mostly train at different studios but sometimes jam together. You should come.

  haaa PrincessPeach small world!!! =D was it you i was talking to after polesilks on saturday..?!
  and chloe i do both, studio and home pole. Cardiff is pretty awesome in that i know of 4 separate studios to pole at, so there is lots of variety! xoxox
