I understand your frustration, Passion, but I feel like moves coming and going is just the nature of the beast. Awhile ago, both my Gemini and Scorpio decided to go on vacation; Scorpio came back but I still haven’t do a solid Gemini in months!

My advice would be to try something new or work on cleaning up some other moves in the meantime. I’m sure your V and Invert would come back by then.

It happens to the best of us at times. Don’t let it get you down and try not to feel frustrated. Go back to conditioning excersices for a week or two and try again. That usually works for me. πŸ™‚

Pole is one of those things that takes dedication if you want to do inverts, by dedication I mean training several times a week. There are many beautiful moves you can do that don’t require inverting. For a pole dancer that just dances when they get a chance, it can be discouraging, but keep in mind why you do it! You love it! So inverts or not, pole can still be a wonderful form of expression, and workout! If you are looking for some fun combos that don’t require inverts take a look at the Routines section in the lessons. There are about 30 min routines and not one includes an invert! xoxoxox

Oh yes it happen to all of us. Try working on something else, strangely the fact that you’re working your muscles in a different way sometime help. Or just to let go for a while when there’s too much frustration involve you sometime get nut about a move…breathe, pole is a journey with up and down πŸ™‚

Well the awesome thing is that you know, because you’ve done these moves before, that they are 100% achievable and you know your body can do them. It’s just a matter of practice now and don’t worry it happens to all of us! Ive had that with quite a few moves but they eventually come back with dedication and practice. Good luck Γ°ΕΈΛœβ‚¬
