Pole mats????!!!!
Ok I finally save enough money for a pole and started looking for a pole mat …. Boy was I blown away at the fact that it cost just as much as a pole for a good quality mat … Smh… So n/e ways I was wondering if anyone has ever thought or did make their own mat …. Just wondering … If so let me know ur ideas … Or what you did

A while back there were instructions online on how to make your own mats. I had looked into this but once I priced out foam and the material (not to mention my time) it just was not worth it.
I originally bought a few really large pillows that I found at Big Lots. You can probably get some patio cushions this time of year and then just velcro those together. Or keep an eye on craigslist for people who are getting rid of couches for free and get the cushions off that.
Ther are quite a few options if you are creative!

I saw a tutorial once for making a mat out of 2 crib mattresses and industrial Velcro.

I just created one today out of 2 of the thicker Kinder Mats. I put them on each side of the pole and plan to Velcro them together.

@tansyrae… thats exactly what i was thinking but i was thinking 4 smaller couch pillows and i was going to get someone to sew me a cover to it
