Hi I am wondering if anyone knows of any pole spins, climbs etc that will lift and tone my bum!

I've started my diet and as soon as I start to lose weight the first thing that goes is my butt, completely flat. I really hate doing lunges, swats etc anything repetative. Is there anything I can incorporate into my pole practise thats fun to do and will leave me with a nice peachy behind 😉 ??

I was trying to do body waves during a shoulder slide, that was pretty intensive for the behind, quads, and pretty much everything else frankly, lol.  The coordination required was beyond me, they weren't very… wavy, but even just trying was quite a workout 🙂

Hmmm there isn't any move ON the pole that I can think of that would focus on the glutes. Contracting the bum in the knee hold would work the butt! If your taking the lessons these 2 GREAT for your butt! And will help you achieve nice lines when you dance. These are not on the pole but you can try some dancey moves like having your back against the pole and slowly sliding down the pole with your back still on it and then sliding back up. Also you can do moves like slow dips, where you go from standing to dipping your rear to the ground and bringing it back up. See Leigh Ann at :23 for that.

I've been noticing myself that poling doesn't really tone your bum… I sit all day long and my fat accumulates at the base of my bum/tops of my thighs (right where I sit…). I've been doing Ballet Conditioning to help my thighs, hips and glutes, but I'll try these things as well.  Thanks!

wouldn't chopstix tone one glute?  bc you are lifting it up and contracting it and holding it… what do y'all think?  you'd have to practice both sides to work out both butt cheeks…

Wide leg circling pole squats. While facing the pole, spread your legs wide.Slowly circle your hips as you lower down and up. This will work your waist, glutes and quads. Especailly if you do it on the balls of your feet. I'll circle down one directions and circle up the other. or you can hold it for a few seconds( circling) and then come up. Add a couple in while your dancing and wow you'll feel it. Plus it looks sexy. 🙂 Oh and I do a cute little climb squat. take one climb up the pole, hold with your knees and really push the booty out and down in a half circle then lift up opposite direction. Sexy wide leg back to pole squats work well also.
