I ordered a pole on 10/15. Is there a way to check the status of it? I dont even know if it has been shipped or anything. I only recieved order confirmation from paypal. How long will it take to get here? I live in MA.

Call the company you ordered it from. You shoujld get an e-mail when it has been shipped with a tracking number.

I ordered it through StudioVeena and I called them and emailed them twice and still no reply. I am starting to get nervous.

Any order through SV ships directly from XPole. The only time I have ever known about delays is if XPole is out of stock of your pole. Have you checked the X site to see if it is on backorder? And, um, 10/15 was only 2 days ago.
Also, as a tip, there is a "contact us" link on the bottom of every simgle page. That is the quickest way to get a hold of Webby and Veena.

MissStarr – I sincerely apologize for any delay or confusion in your order. Your order has been received and it was sent to X-Pole immediately upon receipt. Due to order volume their typical shipping time has been about two business days which means you should receive your tracking today.
