I have a chrome x-pert pole at home and Its awesome for doing spins, but when I try to climb it and get a good grip, my arms and legs slide down. I feel like I have to get it very warm and warm up doing 5 sits on the pole in order to get the pole stick to me.

I use tire grip sometimes but it doesn’t seem to help. Can anybody give me tips on what to do to prevent me sliding down? This is not a problem when I climb the brass pole at my studio.

For legs that slip, try some Cornhuskers. I put some on, let it dry for about 3 minutes, and make sure I wash my hands. Works great for chrome!

Thank you ladies. I have rite grip at home but I barely use it since it doesn’t help me. Hopefully with or mighty grip it will work. I will try different combinations after I get my order 🙂
Ill try Cornhuskers soon too 🙂 Thank you for suggestions !
