Hey everyone! Old thread, but I recently created a fitness only IG, due to my regular IG being known by coworkers. I didn’t care that they knew, but apparently it was a factor in why I was overlooked for a position at my job. So, I created a new account that only my fitness pals know about. MY IG for fitness is polebravely, sorry if you were following sha_quiet, 🙁 I am still going to use sha_quiet, but not for pole, yoga, or other fitness anymore. For all that stuff, I’m using polebravely 🙂

i have an IG account i posted a few pole videos and have some exercise videos, my instagram name is mystical_1121 i am following a few of you on there, plan on following some more of you
