  Poling on carpet

  Hey ladies. So i am hoping someone can help me with this.
  I have carpet where i have my pole. I HATE poling on carpet- it is worst thing ever- for me anyways.
  Does anyone know of anything in particular that i could put down over the carpet in my pole area? Something that will not ruin the carpet underneath but would provide a smooth surface for me to dance on?

  How bout those pads they use for rolly chairs in the office? or a scrap piece of vinyl/laminate flooring from a local business?

  I use packin tape on my shoes or feet when I pole too. Helps with slip.
