Hi there,
like everybody is saying listen to your body, you will know best when your body is ready to get back to business 🙂
When I had my first, I had a very easy natural birth and got back on the pole 3 weeks post partum, BUT I only started wih spins and pirouette to get back into it slowly. I was very careful with the abs and did some abdomina reeducation on the doctor’s advice to make the gap smaller in my belly. I felt I was progressing slowly and its only around 6 months post baby that I felt like before I got pregnant again. Having said that, I found that once I was back in shape, I progressed much faster and got stronger than ever. I never thought it was possible thinking a pregnancy would deffo make me weaker in general, but it was the opposite. Now my son is 18 months old and I have never been that toned 🙂 I think if you take the time your body needs, you’ll get better results and if you have abs separation, you can improve it or correct it with some reeducation. Hope this help 🙂
