Pregnancy and pole
Hi everyone
Last week I unexpectedly found out I’m pregnant with my third child. Anyway now I’ve got my head round it I’m quite looking forward to doing the baby bit again 🙂 I don’t want to stop pole as I’ve got so much stronger in the short time since I started. I couldnt hold my own weight and now I can do pull ups and proper press ups. Just wondering what is suitable for me to be doing pole wise? I’ve not been doing much the last week and a half apart from some spins.
