a pre workout energy formula is probably what you want instead of an actual shake of protein that will make you feel full and uncomfortable ( the protein shake is for after your workout) most of them are 50$ to 90$ , be careful as some of them are pretty strong i recommand tryin a half scoop at first to test your system. too much of it will make you nauseous and your head spin . my favorite brands are : vapor nano fruit punch ( strong enough but not too much) c4 ( very strong only half scoop for me ) or pump hd ( for some reason makes me horny so dont do that one lol) if you need or wanna loose weight a fat burner with ephedrine is good , but not both of them together. hope this helped !!

Is this an all the time lack of energy or just when you work out? Are you fueling your body properly in between? Is it close to that time of the month? There are many things that could be going on and most of them can be attributed to improper diet or wonky hormones.

I can say first hand that I have no strength or stamina when I’m on or near my period and thusly exercise is futile. This last time I tried zumba on my period and had to lay down within 10 minutes so I wouldn’t pass out. Normally, I can do zumba just fine…I can’t do diddly squat on the pole doruing that time. I’m a weak sweat monster.

    Just something to consider.

Also, are you sleeping well? Lack of adequate/good sleep can cause day time fatigue.
