Yes you do! All access to any of the lessons on the site, for as much as you want or need. Any new lessons that Veena posts are included 🙂

It’s a bargain! a tremendous resource, even if you’re taking classes at a studio. I’ve had the Veena lessons since 2010 and recommend them to everyone. She has progressions that most studios do not, plus the strengthening/stretching, foam rolling, and the routines are priceless if you’re putting together a performance!

I agree that veena’s lessons are a bargain! I actually tried another online pole lessons…but the subscription cost more and it’s not as good! (In terms of listing lessons in the proper progression, clarity of explanation and mobile access friendly etc) hence I’m coming back for veena’s!

You cannot get more value for your money. I am a new pole girl, and I am a performance coach and injury prevention specialist for athletes. I don’t trust many people online with their advice. However, I am so impressed with Veena’s everything. Not just the pole instruction, but the strength training, and injury prevention advice. It is rock solid. I highly, highly recommend her lessons (and I have not even got through half of them yet)…
