  Problem uploading video

  Yesterday I tried to upload a video and it failed. It uploaded fine, then it said "Your video is being processed" for hours until I gave up. I tried twice, it never finished.

  The video was in HD and pretty big, could that be the problem?

  Hey @VinterVid I had the same problem, I just made my first video and tryed uploading it last night and for 4 hours it just said "still processing" so i just left it over night and this morning It was still going? then today i tried again but changing the file type and still its been processing for 2 hours??? Its only a 2 and a half minute clip

  GhettoBarbie – I sent you an email regarding this, your videos are not recognized as videos by our encoder.  A common mistake is to upload a project file rather than the actual video itself.
