    My workout for Sunday. I was only able to work out weds last week due to stomach issues. This week I have this exercise for today, incline walking for Monday, SV Lower body workout for Tuesday, rest Wednesday, and then I may repeat this workout Thursday, and walking Friday. (Incline walking, I put treadmill on 10-15 incline at a speed of 3.0 for thirty minutes not including rest and warm up) so…that’s what I have on top of three PT sessions….what do you think? This workout was pretty good. It was tougher than it looked. Lol. And I’m outta shape. I would to do SV thirty day to flexy, but I’m not cleared for every move. I prob won’t be cleared to start pole until February or March. Just trying to craft workouts. Any ideas welcome ☺️💞❤️💞

    I need to work in some lower body stretching…just not sure where to put it? It’s so hard, I basically work from 7am to 6pm everyday. I always stretch after any workout, but I struggle finding time to work flexibility to gain.
