I've starting on the Allegra and noticed that my lower back rib is sore (not brutal pain) when

I do an inverted V and when I do an ankle climb with toes pointed. Also when I practice my Jade theres a bit of a pinching feeling now when I turn my upper body to lock my grip. Should I wait to do these moves as well as work on the Allegra again when the soreness is gone or is this just typical learning curve soreness?

PS: I've been getting into the move using the scorpio technique in Veena's lessons.

I know at least 4 people who have cracked a rib when trying to get the Allegra.  DO NOT push it.

If you cannot place the pole where the rib is not in contact, don’t do it. Please remember not all moves are right for all people. Listen to your body, stay within your bodies limits and live to pole another day!

Thanks Chem and Veena 🙂  I think now I've got the placement right but I have layed off of the move for the last couple days. It was the first two times I tried it where I was probably a bit off but I'm not sure for this move what would be considered normal soreness and what would be a warning for injury. If anyone can tell me what was normal for them when they learned this I'd really appreciate the input.
