    Hi,

    for my studio I got all defferent poles, one is a brass pole. That pole was totally bent, so I got new a + b poles within 3 days which is awesome! But I’m a little confused. I remember reading something about XPoles brass poles before but couldn’t find it.
    The one that I had first was polished, so it had a shiney gold finish. The one that I have now is more matte, it looks like a brushed finish. I feel that the grip was better on the polished pole.
    What do you think? Any experience?

    Where did you get the new pieces? The old xpole brass was a brushed finish and the new is polished. I personally would contact and get the new polished replacements.

    You should contact xpole if you bought the new pieces from them, it sounds like you have old pieces.

    I got everything from Xpole UK. I already contacted them but didn’t get a reply yet.

    Ok good to know they sent me some old pieces for replacement. There are some more issues (dents, adjuster cover doesn’t go up the whole way). I hope they’ll exchange them as well…

    ahhh xpole UK. trying to order mine from then ended up the biggest hassle. not to take over your thread long story short I ordered one of a eBay stockist with 0 troubles after I refund from x pole. I have found there customer service consist of being very friendly but have no idea what they are doing. 3 time they said they could call back and did not receive one. that’s just the start. like other ladies have said sounds like you got the old brass piece. hope you getting sorted quickly x
