  Question about ceiling mount

  I just put up my Lil mynx pole and need some advice. Does the adjustment tube have to be exactly flush with the line (indentation) around the plastic ceiling mount? As you can see in the picture, it isn’t. I have a weird textured ceiling so the ceiling mount doesn’t lie completely flat, maybe like a millimeter off.

  I’m talking about the line closest to the adjustment tube, not the one closest to the ceiling.

  It should be flush, I would contact lil mynx.
