As a shoe destroyer (jessi the shoe destroyer) how well do these shoes hold up anyone know? -

I have almost bought these exact shoes on MANY occasions! LOL I have to resist my shoe compulsion! I don’t personally know how they hold up but I think Ellie shoes are comparable to Pleaser…although I do prefer the bottom soles on Ellie. I’m pretty tough on shoes myself and my ellies don’t seem much dif from pleasers when it comes to destruction. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_e_biggrin.gif

It didnt mention what the shoes are made out of. thats usually a good indicator for me. I cant do the clear plastic, my feet sweat so much that the plastic gets loose and they break.
I also have a shoe problem! I want them all!

i’m a shoe freak. i don’t have these specifically, but i bought 2 pairs of Ellie’s off snaz75 6 months ago & they’ve held up pretty well. i dance 2-3x a week & beat the crap out of my shoes. one pair- http://www.snaz75.com/el-601-lance.html has gotten a little stretched out but no major damage or broken straps & buckles. these are still in good shape- http://www.snaz75.com/el-601-brook.html

any way you could tell me how thick the heel is on these? i LOVE LOVE LOVE them, but the studio i go to has a policy about shoes, and the heels have to be thicker than the size of a quarter. any way you could compare them to a quarter and tell me if they are thicker?
and, moving on, all of my shoes are ellie and i LOOOVE them. they are so comfortable and i’ve never had a problem with them. i danced 5 days a week for a MINIMUM of 2 hours a day last week in ellies and they held up totally well. i also abusive the hell out of my heels. https://www.studioveena.com/img/smilies/icon_tongue.gif

yeah it’s the very tip of the heel. looking at them they look like they are smaller. i would maybe get them anyways for future when i have my own pole because i really like the way they look.

the only shoes your gonna find where the heel tip is bigger than a quarter are those with cone heels…ellie and pleaser both make them…I have to pair and personally don’t like them…i feel like i’m tromping around in tennis shoes..lol but they are great if you aren’t used to wearing stilettos!!
