Question for ladies who wear tights
I’m not really a tights person, usually prefer to wear shorts. However, I do have a few pair and I find when I wear them I’m constantly pulling them up because they are creeping down and sagging at the crotch. Am I buying the wrong size? I try not to buy them super tight so I won’t look like a sausage stuffed into them but I’m not buying them super loose either. I’m 5’7″ and 130 pounds and I buy small or medium. The last pair I bought was a ridiculously expensive $90 pair of Nike tights and they do the same thing. What am I missing?

I’m the same as you 5’7 130lbs, I typically wear a size medium in EVERYTHING, so when I first started wearing them I bought them in a size medium and had the same problem now I buy them in a small and for most pairs it has fixed the problem. So maybe try buying them in a size smaller than you normally would. Also nikes tights are crap… no matter what they look awkward, fit crappy, and overall always have a weird sag in the crotch area, maybe it’s just me but they just never look right!

Thanks for the reply. I’m glad it’s not just me. I felt like an idiot even posting the question but every time I wear tights somewhere I wonder how you all do it–they drive me nuts. I couldn’t get over the price on the Nike’s so I bought them new off ebay for half the price and I still think that’s outrageous. I figured maybe buying “better quality” was the answer. Apparently not in this case.

I wish I wouldn’t have paid full price with my nike tights 🙁 I really like new balance tights they are still pricey but I find them at tj Maxx all the time for cheap. My other favorites are off forever21.com they are very inexpensive, good quality and they have some with pockets!!

I love TJMaxx–I buy most of my fitness stuff there. I’ll keep my eye out for New Balance. Thanks!

I find TNA or Aritzia tights have the loveliest fit and they are $19-22
